If you require regular visits this will be one of our Sales Representatives. If you would rather no one visits you your account manager can be one of our dedicated Telesales team.
Please don't feel that unless you can talk to you account manager nothing will get done. All our customer service team are able and happy to deal with any of your queries or questions. They will soon recognise your voice and know about your specific product needs. You will also find that your delivery is usually made by the same friendly driver, they will know how you like to receive the goods and where to put them. |
