What if the products I want is not in the catalogue? Show Answer

Yes you can. Unlike many other office supplies companies we can offer a variety of what we call 'specials'. This can be anything from putting your business name on products, cards, pens, gifts etc to specific bespoke design products. Please call our specials team to find out more.

What is your no quibble Returns Policy? Show Answer

We endeavor to ensure that all our customers receive the best possible service experience with us. If you wish to return any product with us you must firstly inform us and be within 15 days from date of delivery. Any goods returned must be in original unmarked condition and packaging. Packaging that has been defaced, written on, damaged or marked in any way cannot be accepted for return. No credits can be issued unless these conditions are met. Items ordered specially on your behalf which do not appear in our catalogue cannot be returned under any circumstances.

What happens when something is wrong or damaged with my order? Show Answer

Firstly check with the driver that the delivery note matches the items being delivered off the van. If an item has been ordered but not on the delivery note please do not accept it. The driver will be happy to take the item away. If you have any problems with the products, that is, has it been damaged please call the customer service team.

What happens when a product stops working or becomes faulty? Show Answer

What if I placed an order but I was not there to receive the products? Show Answer

The delivery driver will not leave the items in a 'safe' area, but take them back to the distribution centre where they will be re-dispatched the next day. When this occurs we will try to contact you on the day.

Can a customer request for a specific delivery time? Show Answer

Unfortunately due to a high delivery workload we are unable to provide a specific delivery time. Customers will receive their goods delivered before 5.30pm. If a customer wishes to pay for a courier service for the goods then urgent items can be delivered before a certain time.

When is the last time I can make an order and for it to be delivered the next day? Show Answer

If an order is placed before 17.30pm (17.00 online) the products will be delivered the next working day.*

Are there any delivery charges? Show Answer

There are no delivery charges for general orders, although there maybe a charge on special orders.

Is there a minimum order value? Show Answer

There is no minimum order value for regular customers. The first order you place with must have a minimum of order value of £30

How can I register for online ordering? Show Answer

As an existing customer you can register for our online ordering system Nexus at any time. Online ordering enables you to see our full catalogue with prices at any time of the day. The service is free and can be adapted for multiple users.

How can I purchase your products? Show Answer

Firstly you have to have an account with us. If you don't currently have one it's simple to open one. You can request by phone or by letting one of our sales representatives come and visit you. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be able to inform you of what is needed and answer any questions you may have. This is of no cost to you.

You will be given a new request form to fill out and your first order will normally be with you within 48 hours when we have received a fully completed form.

As a customer you will then be able buy our products by phone, post, fax, email, online and by your representative.
